Please note - a small number of kits are available for shipping with a two week lead-time. Further kits are available on a pre-order basis and should ship within 8 weeks, although this is subject to confirmation. These lead times are in addition to any shipping times shown at checkout.

Australian and international shipping is by Australia Post and is calculated at checkout. Shipping as quoted to the US includes the 10% import tariff. Shipping to other locations (outside of Australia) may not include all taxes/duties/tariffs payable in your country. These are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Kits shipped within Australia are priced inclusive of GST. Please email us to request a tax invoice if you/your business needs to claim back the GST.

If you change your mind, you may receive a full refund until your kit ships. Thereafter if your kit is faulty we offer repair, replacement or refund in line with Australian consumer law. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds after shipping for change of mind or for accidental damage caused during assembly or use of the kit, however we will be offering repair and replacement parts through our web store at a fair price.
